Web Develeloper, Matt Black developed and designed the website for the Tipp City Independent Voice newspaper. The website was build on a content management system and contained over 3000 articles. The criteria for the Best Website competition included navigation, design, content, advertising, & "gatekeeper to community". Judges Comments: "Lots of original news content, including photo galleries; use of MySpace and Facebook; interface is powerful. Good use of bookmarking tools. Site includes ability to increase/decrease font sizes. Lots of directories for community content. Could improve with more photos and multimedia within stories, rss feed and email alerts, and more content directories for community links." |
